PARKLAND CO-OP is looking for a skilled Assessor I to manage property data collection, valuation, and communication with external customers. This role seeks candidates with robust appraisal background; a diploma in Appraisal and Assessment or a related field is required along with relevant experience. You'll be essential in maintaining an accurate property assessment base while complying with legislative parameters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and classify inventory data for properties • Communicate property assessments to clients effectively • Ensure data quality and market value accuracy • Analyze market value trends in assigned areas • Assist in research for Assessor II and operations manager
Requirements: • Diploma in Appraisal and Assessment with 3 years of experience • Eligibility for Alberta Assessors’ Association membership • Solid appraisal concept understanding • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and assessment tools • Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s licence
