The Town of Oakville is looking for a dedicated part-time Senior Leader to assist in overseeing Youth Centre programs. Your primary role will involve collaborating with community staff to implement youth-focused activities and ensure a protected atmosphere for all participants. This position is pivotal in promoting positive youth development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and assist in youth program development
• Supervise daily youth programs and activities
• Manage safety procedures and address incidents promptly
• Mentor participants,



promoting self-efficacy and social behavior
• Document attendance for both drop-in and registered youth
Requirements:
• Enrollment in or completion of a relevant post-secondary program
• 3 years of leadership experience with youth required
• Current CPR C and First Aid certification mandatory
• Training in behavior management is an asset
• Availability for adaptable work hours, including nights
