What You’ll Do

As a Host for St. Louis Bar & Grill your position is vital in achieving our goal of exceeding guests’ expectations. Your extraordinary welcome and greeting at the door lets our guests know immediately that St. Louis Bar & Grill cares about their experience, “You never get a second chance to make a first impression!” You will be our guests’ first impression,



so we know you will always make it a excellent one!

In This Role, You Will
Always deliver more than our guest expects through extraordinary hospitality.
Greet each guest like they are special, valuable and like a VIP!
Establish a fantastic connection with each guest.
Greet each guest with a smile and eye contact.
Check for and coordinate reservations.
Seat guests appropriately, balancing guest preferences with operational constraints, and physically bringing the guests to their table.
Meet special guest needs, such as a highchair or booster seat for a child, or accommodations for guests with disabilities.
Assist guests when the restaurant is full, including letting them know the approximate wait time, keeping a guest wait list, and calling provided numbers when tables become available.
Performing additional tasks as assigned.
