TRS Staffing is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our clients growing team. This position offers the opportunity to manage challenging and high-profile work while collaborating with experienced teams in a safety-focused, results-driven environment. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, sound commercial judgment, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities:

- Guide and mentor project personnel, fostering professional growth and high-performance project teams.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate the allocation of workforce, equipment, materials, and operational resources to maximize project efficiency.
- Support field operations by providing strategic direction and helping resolve technical, operational, and construction challenges.
- Develop and maintain detailed execution plans and schedules to achieve project objectives while meeting safety, quality, and delivery targets.
- Lead contract administration activities, including reviewing agreements, managing changes in scope, and addressing contractual matters.
- Direct the full lifecycle of complex infrastructure and civil construction projects, ensuring successful execution from initial planning through project closeout.
- Oversee project budgets, forecasting activities, cost controls, and financial reporting to support solid commercial performance.




- Preform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications

- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Eligibility for professional registration with a recognized engineering or technical association.
- Minimum 10+ years of project management experience within large-scale construction, infrastructure, or industrial environments.
- Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and external service providers.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, project controls, and execution planning methodologies.
- Experience managing contracts, procurement activities, commercial risk, and change management processes.
- Solid background in cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and overall project financial oversight.
- Proven ability to prepare, review, and manage project documentation, schedules, purchase orders, and progress reporting.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software platforms.
- Valid driver's license.
