Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will interact with clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and efficient quoting processes. Your responsibilities will include interpreting BOMs and blueprints while collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer needs. Develop and enhance key customer relationships to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide timely responses to spare parts requests • Create and manage accurate quotations • Maintain sales orders in D365 ERP • Clarify specifications with engineering teams • Foster solid relationships with customer accounts
Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales or customer service • Knowledge of ERP systems is preferred • Technical diploma or relevant degree in related fields • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments • Strong customer relationship management skills
