This key role reports to the Vice President of Clinical and Support Services. The Executive Director will deliver operational leadership across medical imaging while advancing cutting-edge approaches that enhance diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient care. Candidates should possess extensive strategic leadership experience in a multi-stakeholder environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop integrated provincial medical imaging strategies
• Optimize capacity, patient flow, and wait times
• Lead planning and coordination across imaging services
• Foster collaboration with health-system stakeholders
• Implement and monitor performance for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Graduate or Master’s degree in relevant field
• Licensed and in good standing with regulatory body
• 10+ years in leadership roles with creative program development
• Extensive experience managing complex health systems
• Proven track record of multi-stakeholder collaboration
