River Oaks Golf Course is located 5 km south of Winnipeg off of Waverly St.

Position to be filled: Full Time (Start ASAP until the end of October)

Duties

Duties: All aspects related to the maintenance of the golf course, which include:
Greens, tees, fairways, and rough mowing
Bunker maintenance
Push mowing
Trimming/weeding
Sodding
And all other jobs required by the superintendent or assistant superintendent

Qualifications

Qualifications: The successful candidate will be self-motivated, dedicated, reliable, and organized.
Previous experience in the field is an asset
Fundamental understanding of the game of golf is an asset
Attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently with others as well as by yourself
Must have valid driver’s license

Must be able to work early mornings (Start time 6am but will be moving to when the sunrises)
Must be willing to work in all weather conditions (Rain or Shine)
Must understand that the job is physically demanding
