Retail Assistant Manager

Responsibilities
Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees.
Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity.
Assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs.
Show competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting our loyalty program.
Maintain a clean, protected environment by complying with all health and sanitation procedures.
Exhibit excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.




Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Word and Excel preferred).
High school diploma or GED is preferred; not required for candidates with at least one year of Retail Management experience.
Valid driver’s license and maintenance of automotive liability insurance while employed.
Ability to multi‑task and perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
