This role is designed for an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent who can independently manage crews, drive production, and maintain high standards for safety and quality. You’ll take full ownership of jobsite execution while leading field teams and ensuring successful project delivery from start to finish with a reliable, growth-focused company.ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee daily field operations for commercial roofing projects from start to completionManage foremen, crews, and subcontractors to ensure strong performance and accountabilityDrive project schedules and monitor progress to keep work on trackMaintain high-quality installations across all roofing systemsEnforce company safety policies and lead regular safety meetings and toolbox talksConduct jobsite inspections and perform quality control checks throughout the projectReview drawings, specifications, and scope to ensure accurate executionCoordinate material deliveries, equipment,
