About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Total Rewards & Talent Intelligence to join their dynamic team. This critical leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive total rewards and talent analytics strategy. The successful candidate will lead the design and evolution of an integrated total rewards strategy, oversee all aspects of compensation, and ensure that programs are aligned with business objectives and market standards. Additionally, the role involves leading a people analytics function to provide data-driven insights for talent decision-making, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on compensation and workforce planning, and leading total rewards and people analytics support for M&A; and strategic initiatives.





Candidates for this role should have deep expertise in total rewards, including compensation and executive compensation, and experience in growth-oriented or transformation environments. Solid capabilities in data and talent analytics, as well as exposure to M&A; and large-scale organizational change, are essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, be a credible advisor to senior leaders, and possess strong influencing skills. Personal characteristics should include strong commercial acumen, financial discipline, and a commitment to fairness and transparency.
