Key Responsibilities: • Execute the executive’s calendar and prioritize tasks • Prepare confidential and sensitive correspondence • Organize meetings and follow-ups efficiently • Track budgets and reconcile invoices • Coordinate travel plans and manage expense claims

Requirements: • Grade twelve diploma and business administration training • 3-5 years’ experience in an executive support role • Proficiency in Microsoft applications required • Typing minimum of 50 wpm necessary • Financial acumen is advantageous
