This temporary part time role at the Baird Blackstone Building involves night shifts from Friday to Monday. As the Tenant Support Worker, you will assist residents by conducting tenant intakes, developing service plans, and ensuring their basic needs are met. You'll also manage crisis interventions and maintain required documentation, ensuring compliance with health standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement tenant intakes and specialized support
• Develop and monitor individual service plans
• Assist with finances and medication administration

Requirements:
• Diploma in Community Social Service
• At least two years' related experience or similar
• Criminal Record Clearance - Vulnerable Sector
• OFA 1 First Aid Certificate
• Two years of sobriety required if applicable
