Job Description

We are a professional kitchen with everything prepared in house. Learn the art of cooking over live fire and charcoal in a positive team atmosphere. Gratuities range from $5 - $7 per hour on average. We offer modified work schedules, 4 day work weeks as well as a employee assistance program (EAP) from hire in addition to a full perks package after 1 year of employment.

Full Time Line + Prep Cook
ensure food is prepared in a timely manner
follow proper food handling and safety procedures
maintain cleanliness and organization
assist with inventory management
collaborate with other kitchen staff
help with dishwashing

Experience
Previous experience working as a line cook in the food industry is required
knowledge of food safety regulations
ability to work in a quick paced environment
solid attention to detail
