Ledcor is seeking experienced Truck and Coach Mechanics to join their Highway Maintenance team in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. These mechanics will perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of heavy construction and maintenance equipment, ensuring safe and reliable operation for community roadways. The ideal candidates are certified, safety-focused, and eager to contribute to a diverse and inclusive workplace.

What You’ll Need

- 310T Truck and Coach ticket from a recognized provincial authority, or Red Seal On-Road ticket
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to provide a 3-year driver’s abstract
- Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions, read sketches and diagrams
- Demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision

What Will Make You Stand Out

- Previous experience with heavy civil construction and/or highway paving and maintenance equipment (e.g., snowplows)
- 421A Heavy Equipment Technician ticket
