Senior Finance Analyst, Supply ChainGriffith Foods, founded in 1919 and headquartered in Alsip, Illinois, is a family‑owned product development partner dedicated to innovation that nurtures both people and the planet.Location: Hybrid (Scarborough, Ontario) – onsite 3–4 days a weekCompensation: CAD $100,000 – $125,000 annually (determined by experience, qualifications and internal equity). Eligible for a discretionary bonus target of 6%.Responsibilities- Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, Warehouse, Maintenance, Quality, Sanitation, Health & Safety and Process Improvement teams to strengthen cost control and performance.- Own daily and monthly cost tracking, variance analysis, and performance reporting for manufacturing and supply chain activities (departmental & manufacturing expenses, loss on inventory, inventory reconciliation, labour productivity).- Conduct in‑depth cost analysis to identify cost‑saving opportunities, improve operational efficiencies, and influence cost drivers in partnership with operations teams.- Develop financial models and scenarios to optimize inventory levels, production, service levels, efficiency and profitability.- Support CapEx management, standard cost updates and continuous improvement initiatives.- Maintain KPI dashboards to monitor operational and financial performance and provide insights for decision‑making.- Lead semi‑annual physical inventory counts and ensure compliance,
