Equation Staffing is seeking highly experienced plated dinner banquet servers to support a prestigious, high-profile event for a client of ours in Calgary. The ideal candidates will have extensive banquet serving experience, a polished and skilled presence, and the ability to deliver exceptional service in a rapid-paced, formal setting.

Pay: $19 - $20

Responsibilities
Provide seamless plated dinner service to guests at a high-end banquet.
Maintain a skilled and polished demeanor at all times.
Work efficiently as part of a team to ensure service runs smoothly.
Anticipate guest needs and deliver an elevated hospitality experience.
Follow direction from banquet captains and event managers.

Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of plated banquet serving experience (fine dining or luxury event experience strongly preferred).
ProServe certification is mandatory
Impeccable professionalism, grooming, and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and with attention to detail.
Must have black serving attire (black dress shirt, black dress pants/skirt, black non-slip shoes).
