Job Responsibilities

As a Cabinet Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality cabinetry and related components according to company standards and production requirements.

Duties may include
Using hand tools and power tools to assemble cabinet components and finished products
Reading work orders, assembly drawings, and production instructions
Measuring and verifying materials for accuracy and quality
Installing hardware, hinges, handles, and other cabinet components
Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workstation
Reporting product defects, equipment concerns,



or safety issues to supervisors
Following company safety procedures and wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Assisting other departments as needed to support production goals

Qualifications
Previous experience using hand tools and power tools is an asset
Manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred
Previous cabinet making, woodworking, carpentry, or construction experience is considered a solid asset
Ability to read measuring tapes and complete accurate measurements
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Positive manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
