Seamless integration will be a key competitive advantage for Navacord.This individual will be responsible for the administration and servicing of group benefit plans. The Group Benefits Analyst will also contribute to the development and documentation of workflows, administrative procedures, and client service tools. This role requires sound judgment, technical expertise, and a client‑centric approach to problem‑solving.RESPONSIBILITIES:Be an active member of the Strategic Initiatives and Integration team focused on leading projects in the following areas:Mergers and acquisitions through due diligence with a focus on building the integration plan and managing it post‑closeInternal reorganization and integration of existing broker partners including supporting the company wide integration strategy and managing the amalgamation planOperational excellence or standardization projects including developing and managing implementation of Workday ERP and HRISLead projects to successful completion using proven “fit‑for‑purpose” project management tactics, an aptitude for change and a common‑sense approach to project executionEstablish and monitor critical success measures for each project to ensure objectives and value was delivered. Prepare executive summariesGuide the governance of all projects and manage stakeholder priorities and alignment. Stakeholders include executives, Canada‑wide business leaders and key head office rolesBuild and own the integrated project plans across key functions such as IT, accounting, HR, marketing/sales, operations, etc.



Ensure interdependencies are understood and managed. Coach and support individual workstreams in building their unique project plans as requiredOwn issue and risk management for each project including determining, rationalizing, tracking, and handling risks and issues that arise during the projectsBuild Navacord’s integration best practices techniques and artefacts for reuseLeverage data from across the organization to drive improved business resultsServe as a visible team member of Navacord when working alongside current and prospective partners, ensuring transparent communication, control and positively demonstrating our culture and valuesREQUIREMENTS5 to 7 years of experience in operational integration of mergers & acquisitions is strongly preferredStrong financial acumen and ability to support due diligenceP&C and/or Group Benefits insurance experience is highly desirableExperience supporting standardization projects and implementation of Workday ERP and HRIS is highly desirableSolid business project management, conflict resolution and people management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced environmentMust be a self‑starter, demonstrate flexibility and adaptabilityExcellent interpersonal skills and has a proven background of leading through influenceExcellent written and oral communication skills and executive presenceOrganized and detail orientedHigh level of integrity and strict adherence to protecting confidential informationEDUCATIONPMP certification preferredLean Six Sigma, Agile or Scrum certification preferredNavacord is actively committed to support diversity, equity, and inclusion.
