Job OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and hands‑on Superintendent / Maintenance Person to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a well‑maintained 100‑unit apartment building in Sudbury, Ontario. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, interacting with residents, and taking pride in keeping a property running smoothly.The successful candidate will work closely with the onsite cleaner and act as the first point of contact for residents, ensuring the building remains safe, clean, and well cared for.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform minor maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, general upkeep)Conduct regular building inspections and report maintenance issuesShow apartments to prospective tenants as units become availableAct as the primary contact for residents regarding maintenance requests and general inquiriesCoordinate with property management and meet contractors when requiredAssist with maintaining common areas, building systems,
