Applicants for the Executive Director position must be physicians with a medical degree, clinical experience, and significant senior leadership experience in a complex healthcare, qualified services, or related environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading change, fostering inclusive leadership, and building alignment in diverse and dynamic settings. Experience in medico-legal, medical liability, or legal environments, as well as a background in evolving service models, digital or AI-enabled transformation, and bilingualism in English and French, are highly valued. The role demands a leader with strong business acumen, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to creating an environment where all team members can thrive, particularly during periods of significant change.
