Be part of the Michaels team in Scarborough, ON, as a Seasonal Retail Associate. Focus on delivering exceptional customer service while supporting store operations to create a satisfying shopping experience.
In this role, you will engage with customers, assist in finding products, and ensure efficient checkout. Participate actively in merchandise recovery and unloading while helping maintain in-stock conditions across the store. You will also educate shoppers about our Rewards program to enhance their experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in locating products and solutions
• Deliver effective and friendly checkout services
• Participate in truck unload and merchandising tasks




• Support BOPIS and Ship From Store processes
• Promote customer engagement with the VOC survey
Requirements:
• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred
• Ability to lift and carry merchandise when necessary
• Flexible schedule for nights, weekends, and mornings
• Strong team collaboration and positive attitude
• Additional training in Custom Framing may be required
