Reporting to the Supply Chain Planning Manager, this position will contribute to the development of replenishment criteria and be responsible for all replenishment and inventory KPI’s for assigned categories. As a true collaborator, you will provide the Sales and Customer Service teams with excellent internal service in support of accurate and on time stocking information, forecast accuracy, and scheduling of inventory to ensure inventory KPIs and customer satisfaction are met. You will also play a key role in supporting the Supply Chain Planning Manager in the development of best practices and process improvements for the replenishment team.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory ManagementAnalyze inventory performance by SKU and regularly review and update replenishment criteria in response to market factorsCoordinate with sales and commercial team to understand project delivery requirements, changes, timelines,
etc.Identify opportunities for improvement to best practice and process improvementsIssue both Production orders and Purchase orders to vendorsConduct purchase order reconciliations with the vendor to ensure accuracy and timeliness of order deliveryEnsure vendor paperwork completion and accuracyLiaise with operations personnel to reconcile issues regarding data discrepancies to maintain proper purchasing, sales, shipping/receiving and inventory accountingCoordinate with Logistics Coordinator and factories to facilitate quick movement of goodsWork with factories and Quality Control to resolve quality issues in a timely mannerWork with vendors to coordinate inbound shipments, customs clearance, paperworkCommunication and Relationship BuildingProvide the sales force with responses to inquiries concerning product availability and anticipated delivery datesCoordinate with sales teams to accurate and on time fulfill commercial requirementsCollaborate with and maintain relationships with current and prospective vendorsEnsure accurate delivery information of all Purchase OrdersMaintain solid relationships with Fuzion Vendors and participate in vendor meetings monthly/quarterlySupply Chain ReportingMaintain Inventory Fill Rates as set by the companyMaintain Inventory Levels as per annual budgets by CategoryExceptions reportingKnowledge & Skills RequiredMinimum 3 years of supply chain & inventory management experienceCollege diploma or undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management or related disciplineStrong collaborator with the ability to work cross-functionallyExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate supply updates, risks, and priorities to internal stakeholdersProactive self-starter who takes initiative to identify supply chain risks, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvementStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to support supply planning and inventory managementComfortable working with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools (SAP experience preferred)Why you’ll love working at Fuzion!We’ve built a collaborative, respectful culture rooted in teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement… where your ideas and contributions truly matter!Competitive total rewards package including health & dental benefits, long-term disability coverage, RRSP matching, and employee recognition and rewards programs.Ongoing learning and growth through our Education Assistance and Employee Development programs.Proudly Certified™ as a Great Place to Work® for three consecutive years – a reflection of the positive, inclusive environment our employees help create every day.Hiring Range$65,000.00-$80,000.00This is a vacant position for which both internal and external candidate are being considered.Fuzion Flooring welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
