As a Bilingual Disability Case Manager, you will utilize your skills in disability claims adjudication while collaborating with clients and medical professionals. Your responsibilities will focus on ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims, while developing case management plans that facilitate recovery and a return to work. You will play a critical role in liaising with Trustees, employers, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review disability claims to assess eligibility for benefits
• Develop case management plans in collaboration with clients




• Conduct assessments on clients' functional abilities
• Determine work-readiness and suitable return-to-work programs
• Identify barriers and coordinate health care services
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in health or disability management
• 3+ years in disability claims adjudication
• Full fluency in French and English
• Solid judgement and critical thinking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
