The Coordinator delivers the highest level of customer service and satisfaction while maintaining confidentiality and integrity. The Coordinator demonstrates adherence to all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, corporate policies, Health & Safety, and other relevant programs and initiatives. The Coordinator demonstrates excellent teamwork, interpersonal skills and commitment to the success of the Thrifty Foods team. Actively contributes to a positive and productive working environment.Here’s where you’ll have an impact:Update SMART Board weekly with pertinent informationMaintain reports and filing by accurately inputting sales and wage cost data to assist managers in calculating gross marginsAttend meetings, transcribe minutes, prepare memos, letters and spreadsheets,



as requiredCoordinate Performance Management process to ensure timely completion and follow-up as requiredAssist with hiring process and employee on-boarding (training/orientation)Liaison with Human Resources; ensuring paperwork is sent to the appropriate individualMaintain and participate in the WIC Scheduling rotationPrepare Incident reporting for customer and product complaintsCoordinate Food Safety Thermometer Calibration log, review weekly SOP’s and ensure staff are updated on Food Safe RefreshersMaintain training and floor log reports to ensure staff are up to dateChairperson or member of Joint Health and Safety CommitteeAssist Store Managers with completing Medgate entries, customer incidents, WCB forms/Return to Work entries and filingPerform and record weekly water valve inspectionsCoordinator of donation requestsManage Gifts Online programAct as the Food Safety Champion for the storePerform the weekly Food Safety AuditsRun Promo Mix reports weekly and at Period endReview reports and provide support to the Management TeamAssist in the 2 Engagement GoalsParticipate in all survey rollouts, and survey result feedback sessionsManage and maintain filing of employee records, reports and logs to support operations & audit processesSort and distribute mail and other communications to addresseesOrient new Managers to office proceduresAssures & monitors office supplies and equipment functionalityCommunicate directly with managers to determine ongoing individual needs and provide assistance and clerical supportAdhere to all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety, corporate policies, and other programs and initiatives (for a clerk)Other duties as requiredWhat you bring to the table:Retail experience, particularly in multiple departmentsMinimum of 18 months of experience in Administration or equivalentMinimum of 12 months supervisory experienceMust have an understanding of the following systems: ZSIR, RAW, FIM, Kronos, and CCTVMust have knowledge in Medgate, Periscope,
