Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure exceptional guest experience at the taproom
• Conduct engaging tours and tastings for visitors
• Achieve daily sales goals and manage operations
• Assist with inventory and merchandising tasks
• Maintain cleanliness across all service areas
Requirements:
• Required Smart Serve certification (minimum age 18)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle cash and utilize POS systems
• Must have reliable transport to work
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working flexible hours
