• Perform rapid mental health assessments and interventions • Stabilize patients in emergency settings • Provide direct transitional care and support • Collaborate with emergency department and psychiatric teams • Uphold patient dignity and family involvement in care

Requirements: • Registered in valuable standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario • Minimum of 2 years acute care mental health experience • Ability to acquire C.N.A Certificate in Psychiatric Nursing • Current BLS/CPR certification required • Effective critical thinking and patient engagement skills
