As a member of the Events Staff, you will report to the Event Manager and Gameday Coordinators, helping create enjoyable experiences during athletic competitions. This position requires flexible availability and a proactive approach to assisting with game-day promotions and ensuring venue readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and organize venues ahead of events
• Set up and dismantle equipment for each event
• Participate in fan engagement and game day promotions
• Work in concession stands serving food and drinks
• Assist guests with ticketing and inquiries
Requirements:
• First Aid and CPR certification required
• Must be a full time Western student
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
• Strong problem-solving skills
• No prior experience needed
