Become a key player at Extendicare as a Workday HR Systems Analyst focused on HCM, Recruitment, and Learning. This hybrid role involves optimizing HR technologies to enhance employee experiences and support business objectives.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, HRIS, you will configure and enhance Workday's Core HCM, Recruitment, and Learning modules. Collaborating closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you'll drive system enhancements, improve processes, and support various business functions.

Your expertise will be critical in implementing scalable solutions and addressing challenges across Extendicare's HR landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain Workday HCM, Recruitment, and Learning modules
Identify prospects for system enhancements and automation




Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance on employee processes
Conduct impact assessments on system changes
Translate business requirements into technical solutions

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems or related field
Minimum 5 years of HRIS experience with Workday
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
Robust troubleshooting experience with HRIS issues
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
