As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll deliver intensive support through supervised family time and in-home services, ensuring that families feel empowered and protected. Your expertise in child development, domestic violence awareness, and effective communication will drive successful interactions with families and ministry partners, reinforcing the holistic approach at Eagle Heart Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate supervised family interactions and support
Provide in-home services aligned with family needs
Collaborate effectively with Child Protection Workers
Document interactions with precision and care
Ensure culturally protected and trauma-informed practices
Requirements:
Completion of Grade 12 with higher education in relevant fields
Experience working with children and families
Solid communication skills for family engagement
Valid CPR/First Aid Certification required
Current Criminal Record Check required
