Day to day Responsibilities:
Providing Guests with a 5‑Star Guest Experience
Guest Check‑ins/outs
Administrative Duties – emails, phone calls, online bookings, etc.
Knowledge of all services offered
Product Knowledge – you are educators, not salespeople!
Maintaining a clean and organized waiting area
Receiving retail orders
Being a team member – help our team when possible!
Dress like a FASHION AUTHORITY, from head to toe, we are in the beauty industry after all ;)

Qualifications
High school Diploma
Minimum one year customer service experience




Must be available for open or close shifts during the week
Must be able to work one weekend shift a week
Knowledge of Phorest booking system is an asset

Salary: From $17.80 per hour
