Key Responsibilities: - Manage procurement from planning to contract award - Procure essential goods and technical services - Prepare comprehensive RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs - Oversee vendor negotiations and relationship management - Develop robust procurement metrics and reports
Requirements: - At least 7 years of progressive procurement experience - College diploma or university degree in a relevant field - SCMP designation is a plus - Experience with technology vendors preferred - Strong organizational and time management abilities
