MNP is seeking a Legal Counsel - Technology & Digital (Commercial Contracts) to support its Information Technology and Digital practice. This role focuses on the full lifecycle of software procurement and digital service delivery, advising on risk allocation and commercial strategy.

The successful candidate will draft and negotiate software licensing, SaaS, cloud, and managed services agreements, while guiding on privacy, data protection and AI-related risks in a rapid-paced setting.
