Key Responsibilities:



- Oversee recruitment processes with a focus on improvement - Lead HR Business Partners to align with company initiatives - Drive DEIB strategies and cultural championing - Develop HR dashboards to track P&C; metrics - Foster relationships with directors and regional managers
