Enhance the lives of youth in Saskatoon with the Saskatoon Downtown Youth Centre Inc. - EGADZ as a Part Time Youth Worker. Provide advocacy, support, and engaging activities daily.

In this vital role at our Drop-in Centre, you'll be responsible for the daily operations while acting as a mentor to the youth accessing our services. You'll engage in building trustworthy relationships, provide assistance for essential needs such as nutrition and clothing, and organize various sports and cultural activities.

Your efforts will contribute significantly to the overall well-being of young people in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the Drop-in Centre
Assist youth through immediate services and referrals




Build robust relationships with local youth
Engage in recreational and cultural activities
Maintain confidentiality and skilled boundaries

Requirements:
Practice and demonstrate a healthy lifestyle
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Knowledge of Indigenous cultures and social issues
Post-secondary education or relevant experience
Required Criminal Record Check and valid driver’s license
