Jubilee Ford is looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our team!

If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with numbers, we’d love to hear from you. This is a outstanding chance for someone with accounting experience who takes pride in accuracy, works well independently and with a team, and is eager to grow with a busy, customer-focused dealership.

Please note this is a full time, Monday-Friday schedule.

What You Bring
Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience considered an asset, but not required
Robust attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel
Accurate data entry and record-keeping skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently
A positive, team-oriented attitude Dealership or automotive accounting experience is an asset

What You’ll Do
Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoices, payments, and reconciliations
Match vendor invoices with purchase orders and receiving documentation




Prepare bank deposits and reconcile bank statements
Post general ledger, customer, and credit card transactions
Process vendor payments and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies
Maintain accurate AP/AR records, reports, and schedules
Track company expenses, refunds, and account charges
Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy and proper coding
Assist with month-end reporting and general accounting duties
Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Provide administrative and accounting support to management and dealership departments
Assist with other accounting duties and special projects as required
