AIL is looking for a Bilingual Geostructural Engineer to take charge of challenging projects aiming at buried structures and retaining walls for various markets. This position demands expertise in soil-structure interaction, mentoring capabilities, and a proactive approach to resolving complex technical problems while fostering teamwork and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:



- Provide technical direction for complex geostructural designs - Utilize advanced analysis methods including numerical simulations - Identify and document risks early in project phases - Address design issues during construction and fabrication - Mentor junior staff and enhance engineering practices
Requirements: - P.Eng. certification and active OIQ license - Over 7 years of experience in geotechnical or structural engineering - Solid judgment and demonstration of leadership skills - Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration - Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred
