Key Responsibilities:
Lead operations of the OHS Investigations team
Establish and maintain investigative compliance processes
Direct staff and oversee regulatory and prosecution investigations
Foster relationships with external stakeholders for effective service
Execute business improvement initiatives in the department
Requirements:
Degree in relevant discipline or certification in safety management
At least five years of experience in investigation oversight
Expertise in relevant health and safety legislation
Solid risk management and improvement mindset
Ability to lead and mentor investigative teams
