This casual position involves working closely with adults dealing with complex health needs and assisting them in integrating into their community. You'll engage in recreational activities and support clients in one-on-one and group settings.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist adults with complex health issues
Facilitate social skills and life skills training
Support community integration initiatives
Provide outreach and assistance in homes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for best outcomes

Requirements:
Criminal Record Clearance, Ministry of Justice
First Aid and CPR Certification
Physical ability to fulfill job duties
Eligibility to work in Canada
2 skilled references required
