Turning Leaf invites passionate individuals to apply for part time Direct Support Skilled roles. In this position, you will help participants set life goals, navigate social situations, and develop essential life skills. You will work under the guidance of Clinical Case Managers, making a tangible difference in the lives of individuals facing various challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
Document and maintain health care records for participants
Write detailed incident reports in collaboration with case management




Facilitate goal-setting processes for participants
Maintain awareness of participant well-being
Perform other related duties as needed

Requirements:
Clear criminal and abuse registry checks
Experience supporting individuals with intellectual challenges
Excellent communication skills
Valid driver’s license preferred
Available 15 – 25 hours per week
