OverviewAs a Service Business Leader (Senior Field Service Leader) at Honeywell, you will lead and manage the Field Service team, ensuring effective and effective service delivery to our customers. You will develop and implement strategies to optimize field service operations, driving customer satisfaction and business growth. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.This role reports directly to the Regional General Manager of P3 Service and is based in Markham, Ottawa, London, or Hamilton on a hybrid work schedule.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Field Service team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.Develop and implement strategies to optimize field service operations and improve customer satisfaction.Provide technical guidance and support to field service technicians.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.Monitor and analyze field service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Ensure compliance with company policies,



procedures, and regulatory requirements.Travel up to 40%.Oversight of P&L; ($50M-$70M) and staffing of 100+.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior leadership role within field service management.5 years’ experience managing multiple field service related initiatives including driving process improvements and implementing best practices.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or 5 years relevant work experience.SalaryThe annual base salary range for this position is $143,000-$200,000.
