value-driven organizationKey ResponsibilitiesAssist in coordinating road and/or shop technicians as assignedCreate work orders and complete quotes for required service needsEffectively communicate with customers throughout the process to ensure high levels of satisfactionDetermine parts availability and schedule future appointmentsReview the repair order and service performed with the customer after completionComplete repair estimates and follow up with the customer for approval to proceedEnsure work orders are closed and invoiced within 48 hours of job completionAssign work to the right technician and follow up to ensure on-time completionData entry of technician times, comments and job codesSchedule jobs and organize technician workload, using GPS to maximize productivity when requiredManage Planned Maintenance Agreements (PMs) including routine reporting and schedulingCoordinate parts for shop and/or field jobs as requiredAssist in coordinating shop and/or road technicians as assignedComplete warranty documentation and submission, ensuring valuable communication with manufacturers to maximize recoveriesArrange freight for pickup and delivery of service work as requiredPractice workplace health and safety at all timesOther responsibilities as assignedKnowledge,
