About theRole:

We’relooking for aShowroomManager to joinElte , contributing to the leadership and growth of our retail and luxury sales team. This role involves engaging directly with clients,coachingand developing high-performing sales professionals, and helping deliver exceptional experiences in a fast-paced, design-driven environment. You will play an significant part in fostering team performance, service excellence, and a positive culture, contributing to Elte’s ongoing growth and shared passion for considered design.

What you will do:

- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales, gross profit, and customer experience targets.
- Drive day-to-day showroom performance byidentifyingopportunities to grow business, strengthen client relationships, and increase repeat sales.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of showroom team members through coaching, feedback, and performance support.
- Conduct regular team meetings and individual check-ins to communicate priorities, review results, and encourage continuous development.
- Deliver an elevated client experience by building strong customer relationships, ensuringtimelyfollow-upsand thatevery showroom clientreceiveselevated service
- Maintain visual and operational standards across the showroom,always ensuring a best-in-class presentation.
- Oversee daily showroom operations including scheduling, team coverage, and administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
- Act as a brand ambassador bydemonstratingprofessionalism, product knowledge, and a passion for delivering outstanding service in every client interaction.

Who You Are





- A proven leader with1-3years of experience managing teams or schedules in a retail or luxury goods environment.
- Experienced indirect sales , with a strong understanding of thehome décor, design, or luxury retail industry.
- Influential, engaging, and able to motivate teams through ahands-on, servant leadership approach.
- Goal-oriented and business-driven , witha track recordof meeting or exceeding revenue and profitabilityobjectives.
- Highly organized and strategic, capable ofprioritizing multiple projects whilemaintainingattention to detail.
- Skilled inproblem-solving and decision-making , able to break down complex challenges into clear, actionable steps.
- An excellent communicator with robust interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptable to change and proactive in leading teams through periods of transition or growth.
- Proficient inCRM and point-of-sale systems (Salesforce and Storis experience preferred).
- Known for integrity, accountability, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.

- Wednesday - Sunday Schedule.
- Hours of Operation: 9:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Saturday & 12pm-5pm on Sundays
