Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect dishwashing machines regularly for cleanliness
• Scrape and rack dirty dishes efficiently
• Soak cutlery in solutions before washing
• Ensure dishes and cutlery air dry before storage
• Clean and sanitize heavy kitchen equipment
Requirements:
• Food Safe certification required
• Previous dishwashing experience is an asset
• WHMIS knowledge preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely
• Strong organizational skills and flexibility
