About Us:
We are a small, locally ownedphysiotherapy clinic with two locations – one inCobble Hill and one inDuncan . We take pride in maintaining a clean, secure, and welcoming space for clients and staff. We’re looking for areliable, skilled Handyman to provide ongoing maintenance and small repairs on anas-needed basis for both locations.
Compensation Details:
- Monthly Retainer: $280/month (covers up to8 hours of work)
- Additional Work: Billed at an hourly rate of $35/hr for anything over 8 hours/month
- Flexible schedule , but must be available for urgent requests
- Contract Duration: 6-month term with potential for renewal
