The practice covers defamation, linguistic rights, medical malpractice, personal injury, and a wide range of other civil matters. Candidates will handle motions, discoveries, examinations, settlement conferences, trials, and other courtroom work while managing files from intake to disposition.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct motions, discoveries, examinations, settlement conferences,
