The Core team is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to execute the product strategy for our integrated suite of services that power authentication and verification across Match Group. The ideal candidate has the business acumen to evaluate and execute verification and auth priorities that impact the Match Group brands and the technical background to have collaborative, in‑depth discussions with engineers & technology partners.At Match Group, we value a culture of trust, accountability, and open communication. We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL at our Vancouver office three days a week.How you'll make an impactLead product discovery, prioritization and execution of new features, enhancements, and optimizations that maximize the ROI of our suite of verification and authentication servicesClearly communicate the vision and roadmap to senior management and key stakeholders; ensuring alignment withthe company‑wide verification and authentication objectivesCreate product specifications with clear business justification, technical requirements, and user flows that speak to the needs across the entire portfolio. Provide training to internal customers on how to utilize the services.Collaborate with Match Group properties across the globe to align partners on strategies that maximize the impact and efficiency of product teams while solving underlying verification and authentication concerns.Develop metrics to measure the success of service changes, analyze results, and use analysis to inform further iterations.Manage data accessibility for reporting purposes,



designing dashboards to communicate KPIs to key internal and external stakeholders.Drive internal process improvements; provide day‑to‑day coordination and quality assurance.Assess emerging products to measure potential value to the organization. Provide recommendations for new technologies; support third‑party vendor communications, evaluations, and integrations.Grow with the Match Group Core team by supporting internal initiatives to uplift our people, processes, and presence.We could be a match if you have5+ years of product management, software development or related experience in an agile environmentExperience delivering verification & Authentication products from inception to launch; domain knowledge in Account Integrity, Fraud Detection and PreventionExperience supporting business‑critical systems for multinational customers at scale in a B2B environment. B2B2C experience preferred.Ability to qualify how API services deliver value from a product perspective.Expert working knowledge of Google Suite, Jira, Confluence, SlackAbility to structure problem‑solving approaches and bring multiple solutions to solving complex problems.Experience developing processes for sharing information and insights across large organizationsExperience working with third‑party technology providersExperience working with large datasets for planning and analysis, experience with analytics tools such as SQL and BI software a plusEqual comfort communicating to business stakeholders and engineers; ability to tailorthe message appropriately to the audienceEase with building trust with cross‑functional stakeholders through integrity, honesty, authenticity, and driveDemonstrated proactiveness and perseverance in complex and constantly evolving environmentsWhy Match Group?Our mission is simple – to help people find love and happiness!
