Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company’s technology and AI strategy aligned with business growth.
Lead digital transformation , modernization, and technology innovation initiatives.
Identify and implement AI, automation, data, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Lead and mentor high-performing Engineering, Data, AI, and Technology teams .
Drive scalable, secure, and contemporary technology architecture and infrastructure.
Partner with the CEO and executive leadership to translate business objectives into technology solutions.
Build a culture of innovation, agility,



and continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate
Proven CTO or senior technology leadership experience.
Strong background in AI/ML, digital transformation, cloud, data, and modern software engineering .
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate technology into measurable business value.
Strong executive communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
