In this position, reporting to the Associate Vice President of Fundraising Marketing, you will shape the growth of the Leadership Giving program. You'll be responsible for connecting with donors who give between $1,000 and $5,000, facilitating their journey as valued partners. Your mission is to strengthen relationships and inspire continued commitment to cancer care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate donor engagement for Leadership Giving
• Create strategies to meet annual revenue goals




• Cultivate long-term relationships with assigned donors
• Collaborate with fellow teams on fundraising strategies
• Ensure accurate data management for donor reporting

Requirements:
• University education or related work experience
• 5+ years in fundraising from relationship management
• Strong success in securing mid-level/major gifts
• Excellent interpersonal skills across various audiences
• Knowledge of CRM tools, ideally Blackbaud CRM
