Epic Games is seeking a Design Director for Fortnite’s Pass products to lead the vision and outcomes for Battle Pass, Fortnite Crew, and related passes. You will own Pass design, collaborate with Game Design, UXUI, Production, Art, QA, and cross-functional partners to ensure the overall product success.
You will work with leaders across departments, mentor the XP system team, attend playtests, and align with executive stakeholders to drive progression, rewards, and monetization strategy.
