Transform data into actionable insights with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) as a Business Intelligence Analyst. Support regulatory operations through comprehensive data analysis in a remote-first environment.

In this full time, permanent role, you will work closely with the Manager, Projects and Data Analytics. You will leverage your expertise in Power BI and data analytics to provide insights that guide strategic decision-making and enhance organizational performance. Your data storytelling will drive improvements across various teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and analyze data from diverse sources
• Develop dashboards and visualizations using Power BI
• Maintain data governance standards for accuracy




• Investigate and address data quality issues
• Define KPIs and reporting requirements with leaders

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics
• Expertise in Power BI and Azure Data Lakehouse
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Strong analytical and communication skills
